Light senses a storm approach. Moments later, world renown stormcloud zapper Kazuchi emerges from the World Flipper, ready to electrify locals with some mad zaps—no matter where the wind blows her.
Alk: Why the long face, Light?
Light: Alk. I sense something...unusual.
Light: A storm approaches.
Alk: A storm? Here in Starview? It can't be.
Light: I was of the same sentiment. Since losing my human form, though, I have grown more aware of the elements.
Light: I can feel it in my fur, in my nose. It approaches!
Alk: It's not that I don't believe you, but—
Alk: Whoa?! W-where did those clouds come from?!
Alk: Lightning?! But, but HOW?!
Light: I can hear something from the World Flipper! Follow me!
Light: Stella! What happened?!
Stella: The World Flipper appears to have activated of its own accord.
Stella: I think someone might be trying to enter Starview Village from a different world.
Light: Could it be?! The Lord of Shadow?!
Stella: Arriving in three... two... one...
Thunderous Girl: TAKAMAGAHARAAA! ARE YOU READY TO RUMBLEEE?!
Thunderous Girl: I CAN'T HEAR YOU! GET THOSE FEET TAPPIN' THE BEAT!
Thunderous Girl: CAUSE WE'RE BOUTTA DROP SOME CRAAAZY ZAPS—Huh?
Thunderous Girl: This isn't Takamagahara? Where's my stage?!
Thunderous Girl: Well, whatever man! I bring the party wherever I go! CUE THE LIGHTS! DROP THE BASS! GET READY FOR SOME RAAAAAIN!
Light: Wait! Stop! STOOOP!
Light: Very well, Kazuchi. I take it you are a lightning spirit?
Kazuchi: A spirit? I mean, KINDA, but kinda not, y'know?
Kazuchi: Usually people call me a yokai, but close enough. I'm like lightning itself.
Alk: A yokai?
Kazuchi: Don't sweat the details! Basically, a storm cloud was all like kra-KOW!—and BOOM, there I was! Just zippin' through the sky!
Kazuchi: Sometimes I'm revered as a goddess, too, but that's not really my jam.
Light: A, a GODDESS? She truly IS from another world...
Stella: Don't worry Kazuchi. We'll help you find a way home.
Kazuchi: Home? Naaah, don't worry 'bout it!
Kazuchi: Long as I get to do some zappin' here and there, I'm good to go!
Kazuchi: I don't care where the wind blows me!
Alk: That's pretty cool!
Kazuchi: Damn right you are! As the first stop on my tour, I'll hafta give you guys the show of a lifetime!
Kazuchi: WINDS GET HOWLIN'! CLOUDS GET RUMBLIN'! WORLD RENOWN ZAPPER ZEPPU KAZUCHI IS BOUTTA DROP SOME MAD ZAPS!
Kazuchi: YOU'RE GONNA BE SHOOOCKED WHEN THE BASS DROPS!
Stella: Zaps? The performance sounds quite exciting.
Light: Just... Please don't destroy the whole village...
After a wild impromptu zap fest in Palpebra, Light puts Kazuchi in timeout. Alk sympathizes with her, and suggests a compromise. Kazuchi then takes the farmers of a drought-stricken village by storm with a flashy rain-filled zap show.
Alk: What's up with Light? His paws were shaking...
Kazuchi: Uhh, well, I kiiinda got in trouble… He was CRAZY mad!
Kazuchi: Why's someone so cuddly and fluffy lookin' gotta be so prickly? Dude needs to chillax.
Alk: What happened, exactly?
Kazuchi: Uh, y'know that one town? Palu-palpebloo? Or whatever?
Stella: Palpebra?
Kazuchi: Yeah, Palepra! Anyways, so I was hangin' out in Palebola and there was this human guy.
Kazuchi: He was like DAMN girl, you're bright red!
Alk: ...Oh NO, did he really say that?
Kazuchi: Yeah, so I was like hell yeah man I'm red! Now check THIS! And then we started zappin'!
Alk: Zapping?! Wait, why were you zapping?
Kazuchi: Why not? He looked like he could use some zaps.
Alk: O-okay?
Kazuchi: And then everyone around us joins in and dances and stuff, right?
Alk: Right?
Kazuchi: So people are clappin', I'M zappin', the sky's cracklin', and you know what that means?
Alk: I'm... I'm afraid I'm not following you at all. What happened?
Kazuchi: We had a full-on festival and uh. Kinda trashed the place. Oh man, what were they called—the Gold?—showed up and they were PISSED.
Alk: The Guild? I guess they told Light, huh?
Kazuchi: Yeah. Thanks to them snitching, Light says I'm in timeout and can't zap anymore! Zapping is my LIFE! What am I gonna do?!
Stella: That's a shame. Your zapping performances are exciting.
Alk: Hmm, do you HAVE to summon lightning to zap? Couldn't you just sing and dance without the storm?
Kazuchi: No booms of the bass... No spotlights... It wouldn't be the same!
Kazuchi: To be honest, zaps are best when it's POURING too, y'know?
Alk: Thunder, lightning, and pouring rain... It's not what I'd call perfect concert weather, but okay.
Kazuchi: Making that much rain is a PAIN, so I don't really do it much. It's kinda like a special treat for when the crowd's REEEALLY pumped.
Alk: Oh! I just had an idea! Kazuchi, Stella, let's go to Palpebra.
Alk: I remember there being a quest that'd be perfect for zapping.
Kazuchi: AAARE YOU READY?!
Farmers: YEEEAAAH!
Kazuchi: I CAN'T HEAR YOU! I SAID! ARE?! YOU?! READYYYYY?!
Farmers: WHOOOOO!
Kazuchi: CUE THE LIGHTS! DROP THE BASS! GET READY FOR SOME RAAAAAIN!
Farmers: RAIN! RAIN! RAAAAAIN! YEAAAAAH!
Light: Wh-what in the WORLD is happening?
Alk: Apparently this village has been in a pretty long drought. The farmers were at their wits end.
Light: Kazuchi doesn't mind zapping for old farmers? Actually... this may be a perfect match.
Stella: The show is starting.
Kazuchi: OUT WITH THE DROUGHT CAUSE WE'RE 'BOUT TO GET LOUUUUUD!
